Use up scraps of wrapping paper and a cardboard box to create a fun Christmas themed sensory experience!

Wrapping Paper Sensory

Materials Needed

  • Cardboard Box

  • Glue

  • Wrapping Paper Scraps

  • Ribbon (optional)

Let's Create!

  • Different wrapping papers have so many textures and images making them so much fun to play with while being fantastic for sensory discovery!

  • Put glue all over a box (keep it small)

​​

  • Take your scraps of wrapping paper and stick them on!

​

  • Add on some ribbon: Have some extra ribbon too? Tie it in a bow and glue it  on top of a box so it does not come off.​

​​

  • Once it is dry you have created a fun and festive sensory box!

​

**Older children may be able to help you wrap the box as well - fantastic for building fine motor skills!
