This activity encourages process-based art and therefore there really aren’t any specific directions or materials. (We do have some suggestions as seen above)

Show your children various images of snow people. Better yet, if you have snow, let them create some outdoors too!

Then: set out the various materials in front of your child(ren), let them plan how they will build their snow person. What materials do they need? Will it be big or small? Will they draw circles? Is it even a snow person or maybe is it a snow dog? Let them be creative!
