Paint your child's fingers orange and have them press their hand firmly down onto the middle/upper portion of the white construction paper.

Once the paint is dry, add on the eyes using a black crayon.

Below the eyes, glue a red pom pom for the nose.

Draw a mouth using a red crayon.

Create a bow-tie for the clown by cutting out two equal size triangles in one color and one circle in another color.

Paste the red circle directly below the mouth and the two triangles with tips facing each other on either side of the circle!
