We reccommend doing this activity on a splat mat or another area that can get messy! **Hint: Grab a damp washcloth and have it close by for when you are finished with this project!

Set the construction paper down in the middle of the splat mat then:
6 months+ : use finger paints - place some paint on the bottom of a ship and demonstrate to your little one how you move it around on the paper. Let them do the same.
10 months+ : Place a blob of paint on the paper and show your little one how you dunk the ship in and then move it around. Let them do the same.
14 months + : Let your little one put paint on the bottom of their ship and let them move it all around the page.
